About the Role

Toujours Mikes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and service goals;
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures;
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs;
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns;
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
