About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our service standards.
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Train and mentor staff on food handling, service standards, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Proven track record in supervising and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.

Education:

Secondary School (preferred).
