About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship corporate-run Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and the food industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Train and mentor staff on food handling, service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Proven track record in supervising and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers competitive compensation based on experience. The salary range is $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year, with additional benefits including:

Work Schedule:
