Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere through effective communication and regular meetings with team members;
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires, as well as the development of existing staff;
  • Be present during peak service hours to support the team;
  • Authorize or place orders as necessary;
  • Assess staff performance, identify their needs, and manage work schedules;
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines;
  • Handle financial transactions including deposits and petty cash;
  • Address customer complaints promptly;
  • Implement promotional initiatives and oversee equipment maintenance;
  • Ensure compliance with the Toujours Mikes employee manual, company policies, labor regulations, and product standards;
  • Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Previous experience in a managerial role;
  • A high school diploma may be necessary;
  • Proficiency in both French and English is essential.

Work Schedule

Your work hours will be consistent, with the possibility of occasional overtime. Availability for evenings, weekends, and some public holidays is required. You will be actively involved both in the office and on the floor, assisting your team during busy periods.
