Job Summary

Graham is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure & Industrial Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our proposals and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the proposal process, ensuring all prepared proposal and qualification submissions meet high quality and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Graham's business and proposal processes, objectives, and capabilities.
  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate proposal support activities, interacting with multiple team members to prepare proposal response materials.
  • Provide support with business development and marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, news article production, video editing, graphic design, and presentations.
  • Facilitate content review meetings and ensure consistency in format and terms.
  • Maintain the document library for resumes, project fact sheets, and other relevant materials.
Requirements
  • Diploma training program in communication or marketing, or a university degree in a related field.
  • Construction company experience is an asset, but not essential.
  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines and schedules.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, MS Office Suite, and SharePoint.
  • High level of organization and methodical approach to workload.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
