About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ONIKON Creative Alberta Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to maintain high-quality standards
    • Prepare and submit reports to management to inform business decisions
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team member performance
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of work
