Job Title: General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, supplies, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager role in a fine dining environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
