Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Pita Pit Blue Mountain. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player.
