  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct group education sessions on diabetes management, promoting self-care and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Provide ongoing support and monitoring to patients, ensuring their well-being and adherence to treatment regimens.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues alike.

Your Qualifications:

  • Registered Dietitian with specialized training in diabetes management.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing nutritional counseling and education to individuals with chronic conditions.
