Your Role: Fund Administration Team LeadReporting to the Director, Client Operations, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Lead a team of fund accountants responsible for delivering client deliverables such as NAV production, financial statements, and associated reports.
- Cultivate a high-performing team environment by ensuring training, engagement, and operational efficiency to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate effectively with investment managers, brokers, and auditors to address daily operational challenges.
- Work seamlessly with other teams, including Investment Operations, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Banking, to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Actively participate in multiple system improvement projects, both global and local, identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.
- Guarantee the accuracy of client deliverables prepared by your team while adhering to service level agreement timelines.
- Assume responsibility for the audit process, preparing financial statements or reviewing them if prepared by other parties.
- Ensure all processes comply with operational controls as stipulated in SOC1 and relevant checklists are meticulously completed.
- Oversee timely billing and collection of fees for your assigned team.
- Contribute to system projects and actively participate in idea generation for future process or technological improvements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required by clients, the organization, or members of your team.
