About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is the cornerstone of Citco's operations, and our alternative asset and accounting services are highly regarded in the industry. Our investment in advanced technology and continuous learning empowers our team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Your Role:
- Lead a professional team managing a diverse portfolio of complex hedge funds and clients while overseeing a group of accountants.
- Conduct reviews of Daily/Weekly Profit and Loss/NAV estimates.
- Oversee Monthly/Weekly NAV accounting processes.
- Provide assistance to team members as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
- Coordinate with auditors on various matters.
- Prepare responses to client inquiries and issues as they arise.
- Evaluate administrative and accounting procedures, recommending enhancements for a more efficient NAV production process.
- Ensure compliance with various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients and other Citco offices.
- Negotiate SLAs with clients and other Citco offices.
- Support the establishment, conversion, and migration of new funds.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain adherence to all internal and external audit standards.
- Ensure all control checklists are current and utilized effectively.
- Collaborate with other managers to optimize staff allocation and workflow.
- Keep Senior Management informed of significant issues impacting deliverables.
- Assist in implementing training initiatives.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and operational metrics as required by management.
About You:
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or hold an accounting qualification.
- You have over 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on accounting for hedge funds or investment companies.
- You bring 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- You have a solid grasp of accounting entries and allocations.
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You exhibit strong financial reporting, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- You have proven leadership skills.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- You possess knowledge of domestic, global, and OTC security markets, as well as fixed income and derivative products.
- You have strong customer relationship management skills.
- You are proficient in analytical tasks.
- You have experience with systems implementations and workflow process improvements.
- You are highly skilled in Excel.
