Fund Administrator Associate Director

At MUFG Investor Services, we're seeking a highly skilled Fund Administrator Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our Client Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of fund administrator documents, custody trades, and wires for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review fund administrator documents for capital commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer trades.
- Execute and review these documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and perform callbacks with third parties regarding custody outgoing swift/wires.
- Allocate custody trades and wires to team members, ensuring efficient execution.
- Ensure all custody trades are executed as per deadline without exceptions.
- Confirm and accept custody trades executed by the team, meeting deadlines.
- Prepare or assist team members with AML and KYC packages as required by administrators.
- Liaise with clients, third parties, and internal teams to resolve queries and issues.
- Respond to email queries in a timely manner, as needed.
- Assist team members with BAUs and provide training to new team members.
- Participate in system improvement and automation projects.
- Manage a team of 1-2 members.
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in fund administration or Investor Operations/relations with AML/KYC exposure.
- Understanding of the Fund of Fund business.
- Custody experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF is an asset.
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.
- Advanced investigative and problem-solving skills.
