Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at AGAVE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN GRILL. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that showcase our authentic Mexican cuisine
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
  • Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
