Job Overview

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular full-time Program Clerk - General to become an integral part of our Donor Relations & Collections East division.

The Donor Relations & Collections East division plays a crucial role in supporting Canadian Blood Services by delivering administrative assistance across all program functions within the Supply Chain Team. The Program Clerk will ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and best practices in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your outstanding customer service abilities to provide clerical and administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Apply your administrative expertise to maintain and distribute departmental matrices, competency lists, controlled documents/binders, and annual signature lists.
  • Assist with records management, including the packing, shipping, and retrieval of offsite storage records.
  • Employ your exceptional organizational skills to perform timekeeping tasks, support trainers, and generate reports as required.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completion of secondary education in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an administrative office setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
