WAREHOUSE SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST - NIGHT SHIFT

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supply Chain Specialist for our operations. This position operates during the night shift.

This is a permanent, full-time role that presents an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to showcase their leadership skills and forklift operation proficiency within a manufacturing environment of a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Supervisor, the Warehouse Supply Chain Specialist will manage daily activities in various roles within the Supply Chain Department. The specialist will receive training across multiple operator positions as they develop their skills.

· Support the loading and placement of products from transportation vehicles and related departments.

· Aid in the execution of USG Model Programs, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to operate safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to all safety regulations.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.

· Proficient computer skills for data entry and documentation.

· Capable of handling quality data and providing comments related to production and loading operations.

· Ability to read and follow documented inspection procedures.

· Follow printed work orders to complete assigned tasks accurately.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is preferred for document review and revision.

· Navigate Microsoft Outlook for work-related communications.

· Willingness to learn to operate plant machinery.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

· Ability to identify unsafe conditions or hazards in the work environment.

· Demonstrates teamwork in areas of safety, quality, and production, understanding the significance of completing assigned tasks in relation to other operational requirements.
