Job Summary

Ethical Recycling Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe management of inventory, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all materials and supplies are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Work Setting: Repair and maintenance services, warehouse environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
