About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth food preparation and serving experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is presented attractively.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Inventory Management
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients and supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Be flexible and adapt to changing customer demands and menu items.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and reliability are essential.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Dependability and a positive attitude are a must.
