Position Overview

The role of a Food Counter Attendant at ANDALOS HOLDINGS LIMITED involves providing exceptional service in a fast-paced culinary environment. This position requires a commitment to cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Cleanliness: Ensure tables are set and ready for guests by bringing clean dishes and flatware to serving areas.
  • Sanitation: Maintain hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and waste disposal units.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and finishing simple food items, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Customer Interaction: Take orders and serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a friendly and efficient service.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of food quantities used and replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Work Environment

This position is characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere that demands physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy loads. Employees must be prepared for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods while working under pressure.

Qualifications
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
