Position Overview

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers at Tim Hortons. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the serving areas while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking their orders efficiently.
  • Food Preparation: Portion, wrap, and package take-out food, ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Table Management: Bring clean dishes and utensils to serving areas, set tables, and clear them after use.
  • Stock Management: Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • General Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You should be prepared to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
