Position Overview

As a Food Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; we will provide training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and arrange tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and seating.
  • Organize and load buspans and trays efficiently.
  • Store dishes appropriately in designated areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and service stations.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items manually.
  • Prepare take-out orders for customers.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Assist customers at counters or buffet setups.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces and equipment.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, and polishing.

  • Must pass a criminal record check.
