About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at ANDALOS HOLDINGS LIMITED. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are friendly, efficient, and respectful.
  • Food Handling and Preparation
    • Handle and prepare food in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared in a clean and sanitary manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment with a high volume of customers. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a team and to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
