This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the communications department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Communications Director, collaborating closely on various projects and initiatives.
  • Draft, review, and edit a range of documents and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings effectively, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meticulous follow-up.
  • Prepare essential documentation for meetings and presentations, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, contributing to their success.
  • Manage both physical and electronic mail correspondence efficiently.
  • Undertake other related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or assistant role within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
