Job Summary:

TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Communications. This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Director of Communications, working closely with the team to coordinate activities and events.
  • Write, edit, and proofread various documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring meticulous follow-up and communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for meetings and events.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events.
  • Manage physical and electronic correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of administrative support.
  • Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
