Rogers Communications is seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst to join our team. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to Canadian law enforcement agency phone inquiries, supporting 911 Public Safety Answering Points, and analyzing records to prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to law enforcement inquiries and provide assistance under exigent circumstances.
  • Support 911 PSAPs across Canada by facilitating access to customer information.
  • Analyze records and prepare reports containing data stored within business systems.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to work various shifts, including midnight-8am, 4pm-midnight, and 8am-4pm.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Must have been living in Canada for 10 years.
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in legal, telecommunications, or law enforcement related programs.
  • Previous experience in a call centre and/or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of Rogers technologies and systems.
