Position Overview

As a Medical Administrative Coordinator at Artisan Aesthetics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our medical office.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather essential case histories.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
  • Complete insurance and other claim documentation accurately.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Order office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Initiate and uphold confidential medical files and records.
