We are seeking a highly skilled People Practices Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Management: Develop and implement global talent programs, including talent strategy, talent planning, performance management, and succession planning, in partnership with HR business partners, local leaders, and COE partners.
- Cultural Stewardship: Collaborate with managers, employees, and COEs to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun, and fair workplace culture.
- Coaching and Development: Provide candid, unbiased coaching and counsel to enhance manager effectiveness and improve individual and team capabilities to meet business needs.
- Insights and Analytics: Leverage HR technology, business intelligence, and local market information to provide data-driven insights that enable sound business outcomes.
- Business Acumen: Understand client and market business models, cycles, priorities, and cultural nuances to inform operational execution.
- Change Management: Partner with site leadership and global COE partners to assess change readiness for People initiatives, provide localization input, and collaborate to arrive at solutions that increase adoption.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field combined with seven years of progressive experience as an HR business partner/generalist.
- Experience working with managers as an advisor regarding team performance management, prior employee relations experience, and the ability to quickly integrate into a complex business.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business.
- Demonstrated local knowledge of HR requirements, HR best practices, HR administration, employment laws, and employment customs, and the ability to translate that knowledge into scalable solutions.
- Change management skills.
- Prior experience working within creative environments and supporting creative teams.
