Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our key executives and senior leadership within the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as other Finance Directors
  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a busy corporate environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint skills, and advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system
  • Proven discretion when dealing with sensitive matters, excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
