Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as other Finance Directors
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a busy corporate environment
- Intermediate Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint skills, and advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system
- Proven discretion when dealing with sensitive matters, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
