Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Luxottica. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to help leaders manage and develop their teams.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with change management initiatives and prepare leaders to execute change within their departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, logistics, or related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success executing change initiatives.
