Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide consulting services to business leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure managers have the resources they need to execute HR practices, processes, and systems.
  • Establish trust and provide guidance to business leaders on their behaviors, skills, and competencies.
  • Support the development and execution of tools to help leaders manage and develop their people.
  • Assist in the identification and development of change initiatives to facilitate transition to future state.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success executing change initiatives.
