Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compensation planning, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with HR leadership to identify and address business needs and gaps, and develop solutions to drive business results.
  2. Provide guidance and support to business leaders on HR practices, processes, and systems, and ensure they have the resources they need to execute effectively.
  3. Establish trust and credibility with business leaders, and provide coaching and development opportunities to help them build their skills and competencies.
  4. Support the development and execution of HR initiatives, including talent management, learning and development, and recruiting.
  5. Proactively identify and address HR-related issues, and provide solutions to drive business results.
  6. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement change management initiatives, and ensure a smooth transition to future state.
  7. Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, and ensure accountability for employee engagement metrics.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and programs.
  4. Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Demonstrated success executing change initiatives.
  6. Proven ability to work across multiple functions within a matrix environment.
  7. Responsive, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  8. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with a focus on reinforcing one voice of HR.
  9. Demonstrated ability to treat confidential matters with discretion.
  10. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  12. Ability to maintain an enthusiastic attitude and low stress level.
  13. Team player with a sense of urgency.
  14. Comfortable conversing with all levels of management.
  15. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
