Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compensation planning, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with HR Leadership: Work closely with HR leadership to identify business needs and develop strategies to address them.
  2. Support Talent Management: Assist in the development and execution of talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
  3. Provide HR Guidance: Offer guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters, including employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  4. Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  5. Proactively Learn and Improve: Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  2. HR Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  3. Strong HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and programs.
  4. Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand business needs and develop strategies to address them.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
