Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Alirang Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities and are equipped to handle customer queries and complaints.
- Operations and Logistics
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are stored, handled, and displayed in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverage products meet company standards.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset
- Skills and Qualities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work standing for extended periods. You will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a busy environment.
