Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to join the team at RDJ Bakeries Ltd. This role will involve identifying staffing needs, updating selection criteria, and attracting suitable candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize staffing needs based on business requirements
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Update and maintain job descriptions and selection criteria to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including internal databases, online employment forums, and professional networks
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews and selection procedures, including prescreening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information and make recommendations for hire
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Working Conditions

  • Work in a fast-paced office environment
  • May require occasional travel to recruitment events

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for extended periods
  • Typing and computer work
