Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruiting plans
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit with our organization's culture and values
- Develop and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders to increase our employment brand and attract top talent
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the business on recruitment trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other members of the HR team on various initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and onboarding
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and/or proactive recruitment
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
