The RoleWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Cambridge & Woodstock region, supporting our flagship client within the automotive industry.
The successful candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery, with a strong understanding of attraction strategies and candidate sourcing strategies.
They will work closely with hiring managers to deliver excellent recruitment services, ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met, and that the recruitment process is executed in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers, leading discussion on attraction strategies, and making recommendations for best fit and skills profile.
They will also take full ownership of the recruitment service, ensuring that it is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements, and will collaborate with the sourcing team to narrow down high-quality candidates and jointly review the shortlist with the hiring manager.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complex needs of the talent we seek to engage, and will be able to anticipate potential stakeholder issues within their area of expertise, taking action to address them and using judgment to escalate appropriately.
Key Accountabilities- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers.
- Lead discussion on attraction strategies and make recommendations for best fit and skills profile.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment service, ensuring that it is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to narrow down high-quality candidates and jointly review the shortlist with the hiring manager.
- Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within their area of expertise, taking action to address them and using judgment to escalate appropriately.
- 4 to 10 plus years experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Strong understanding of attraction strategies and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Experience hiring for niche positions requiring proactive sourcing.
- Understanding of recruitment technology and databases.
- Experience working within a highly complex or matrixed organization.
- Experience working with remote teams.
