Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs, identify skill gaps, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and recommend compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Ensure the effective use of HR systems and processes, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications: CHRP or equivalent certification.
