Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment journey for all types of roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruiting plans to meet those needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with our organization's culture and values.
  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team on various initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and onboarding.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the business on recruitment trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in managing external vendor and/or agency contracts, relationships, and agreements to ensure exceptional service levels and efficiency of spend.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and/or proactive recruitment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
