Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in a key leadership role. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders, driving workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet business objectives
    • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop recruitment strategies
    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Provide guidance and support to business leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee communications
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
  • HR Operations and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including employment standards, health and safety, and labor laws
    • Manage HR systems and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Proven track record of success in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with ability to interpret financial data and business trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Knowledge of employment standards, health and safety, and labor laws
