Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and enforce pricing and credit policies to optimize revenue.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract clients.
  • Financial Oversight: Plan budgets while monitoring both revenues and expenditures to maintain financial health.
  • Workforce Planning: Assess and determine staffing needs to support operational demands.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Recruitment and Training: Oversee the hiring process and mentor staff to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications
