- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Product Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to ensure the company's financial growth.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine the necessary staffing requirements to meet the company's operational needs.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the company's operational success.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the company's success.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
