We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Operations Manager to join our team at OK TOUR COMPANY LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Oversee and manage a team of staff, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Product Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies that balance revenue goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the company.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
