Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Blue Bird Travel, Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Communication
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, contracts, and other important documents.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
