Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team at OK TOUR COMPANY LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our travel agency, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management

Manage a team of staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.

Product and Service Development

Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business strategy.

Price and Credit Policies

Implement price and credit policies that are fair, competitive, and aligned with our business objectives.

Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Financial Management

Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to ensure the financial health of our business.

Staffing and Recruitment

Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure that our business operates efficiently and effectively.

Performance Management

Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of staff and identify areas for improvement.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our travel agency to ensure that we provide exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
