About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Operations Manager to join our team at OK TOUR COMPANY LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Oversee and manage a team of staff, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Product Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies that balance revenue goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
