Role Overview:

We are seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to become a vital part of our Admin Console Software Engineering team, which operates under Agile methodologies alongside both backend and frontend engineers. This team is dedicated to managing our internal and partner-facing administrative tools, enabling the configuration, support, and reporting of all Points products.

As a leader, you will help cultivate a highly motivated and collaborative environment, working across various technologies while maintaining end-to-end visibility and ownership of our tech stack. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of frontend engineers.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of your team's projects, focusing on architecture, best practices, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and enhance modern frontend applications.
  • Enhance developer and user experiences through thoughtful design, comprehensive testing, and clear documentation.
  • Facilitate discussions on complex topics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Mentor team members to foster their growth as technical contributors and leaders.
  • Engage in hands-on development tasks for up to 50% of your time.
  • Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute significantly to delivering high-quality products to our partners and customers.
  • Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication within the team.

  • Proven experience in leading software projects or development teams.
  • Expertise in designing and developing single-page applications.
  • A genuine passion for supporting and uplifting others.
  • Strong commitment to applying sound software design, testing, documentation, and support practices.
  • Valuing teamwork, cooperation, and open communication.
