Role Overview:

We are seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to become a vital part of our Admin Console Software Engineering team, which operates under Agile methodologies alongside both backend and frontend engineers. This team is dedicated to enhancing our internal and partner-facing administrative tools, which are essential for the configuration, support, and reporting of all Points products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Director of Software Engineering and engage with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of frontend engineers.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of your team, focusing on architecture, best practices, reliability, and security.
  • Develop modern frontend applications that enhance user experience.
  • Improve both developer and user experiences through thoughtful design, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Facilitate discussions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster their growth as technical contributors and leaders.
  • Dedicate up to 50% of your time to hands-on development tasks.
  • Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products to our partners and customers.
  • Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication within the team.

  • Expertise in designing and developing single-page applications.
  • A strong passion for supporting team members and enhancing their skills.
  • A commitment to applying sound software design, testing, documentation, and support practices.
