Role Overview: We are seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to join our Admin Console Software Engineering team. This role involves working in an Agile environment alongside both backend and frontend engineers. The Console team is responsible for managing our internal and partner-facing administrative tools, which facilitate the configuration, support, and reporting of all Points products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of frontend engineers.
- Ensure the technical integrity of your team’s work, focusing on architecture, best practices, reliability, and security.
- Develop modern frontend applications that enhance user experience.
- Enhance developer and user experience through thoughtful design, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation.
- Facilitate discussions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor team members to foster their growth as technical contributors and leaders.
- Engage in hands-on development tasks, dedicating up to 50% of your time to coding.
- Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Play a vital role in delivering high-quality products to our partners and customers.
- Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading software projects or development teams.
- Expertise in designing and developing single-page applications.
- A passion for supporting and empowering others.
- A commitment to applying sound software design, testing, documentation, and support practices.
- A strong belief in the importance of teamwork and open communication.
