Position Summary:

We are seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to become an integral part of our Admin Console Software Engineering team. This role is pivotal in managing our internal and partner-facing administrative tools, which are essential for the configuration, support, and reporting of all Points products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to a team of frontend engineers.
  • Oversee the technical integrity of your team, focusing on architecture, best practices, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain modern frontend applications.
  • Enhance both developer and user experiences through thoughtful design, comprehensive testing, and clear documentation.
  • Facilitate discussions on complex topics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Mentor team members to foster their growth as technical contributors and leaders.
  • Engage in hands-on development tasks for up to 50% of your time.
  • Collaborate effectively with scrum masters, product owners, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute significantly to the delivery of high-quality products for our partners and customers.
  • Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and open communication within the team.

  • Expertise in designing and developing single-page applications.
