Role Overview: We are seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to join our dynamic Admin Console Software Engineering team. This team operates in an Agile environment, integrating both backend and frontend engineers to manage our administrative tools that support our Points products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of frontend engineers.
  • Oversee the technical integrity of your team, focusing on architecture, best practices, reliability, and security.
  • Develop modern frontend applications that enhance user experience.
  • Enhance developer and user experiences through thoughtful design, comprehensive testing, and clear documentation.
  • Facilitate discussions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members to foster their growth as technical contributors and leaders.
  • Engage in hands-on development tasks, dedicating up to 50% of your time.
  • Collaborate effectively with scrum masters, product owners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Contribute significantly to delivering high-quality products to our partners and customers.
  • Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and open communication within the team.

  • Expertise in designing and developing single-page applications.
  • A genuine passion for supporting and uplifting others.
  • Commitment to applying sound software design, testing, documentation, and support practices.
