Inside Sales Engineer (Tools)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage with both current and prospective customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our tooling offerings, including their technical details and practical applications.
  • Quotation Preparation: Generate precise quotations for clients, ensuring alignment with established pricing structures.
  • Order Management: Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • CRM Updates: Regularly input client interactions, potential leads, and sales projections into the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Sales Objectives: Strive to achieve or surpass designated sales goals while staying informed about market developments and competitor activities.
  • Post-Sale Assistance: Provide technical support to clients after sales to ensure their satisfaction and address any inquiries.
  • Management Insights: Offer regular updates on sales forecasts, market insights, and trends to assist senior management in strategic planning.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical inside sales, specifically in tools.
  • Experience with cutting tools is essential.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
